I grabbed an image of text in Linotype Didot and wanted to find a matching font, either on my computer or "freemium." Find my Font found neither. Accidentally I found that four styles of Didot are installed on my Mac in a .ttc file in /Library/Fonts. After I downloaded a Didot font from the web in .otf format, Find my Font found that, but not the font in the .ttc file. When, if ever, will you support .ttc? Or am I missing something?

TrueType Collections (TTC) is an extension of TrueType format that allows combining multiple fonts into a single file supported by Windows 2000 and later and Mac OS starting with Mac OS 8.5.

I'm sorry to say that, but we don't have plans to support TTCs directly in the near future as their usage is now very limited, but there is still a solution to use the fonts contained in TTCs with Find my Font if you convert (split) them to individual TTF fonts.
There is even an online tool you can use to do the conversion:
