It will identify fonts within a few seconds and give you a list of fonts that resemble your input. Not only will you find the font that matches the image but you will also find fonts that are similar or close to what you're looking for.

What types of fonts does 'Find my Font' recognize ?

'Find my Font' supports the most common font formats:
  • TrueType (.ttf)
  • OpenType (.otf)
  • Type 1 (.pfb)

The above font formats are supported on both Windows and Mac OS X operating systems.

'Find my Font' has been tested and is compatible with Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8. More details

Is 'Find my Font' compatible with Macintosh® ?

Since version 2.00 'Find my Font' has been tested and is compatible with Mac OS X Leopard(10.5), Snow Leopard(10.6) and Lion(10.7). More details

'Find my Font' supports the following image types:
