There is an issue with ability to change which screen your app chooses to take a screenshot from.I have 3 monitors on my PC. I've changed everything inside of windows display settings and looks to be an issue with your software and lack of choice to change it..

Yes, you are right.
At the current version Find my Font only takes screenshots of your main display.
There is no option to select any other display.

I even went into windows and changed which is my "Main" screen and it didn't change anything.

The software is not designed to handle multiple monitors. The easiest workaround to your issue is:
a) Go to your source application and take a screen capture (Press ALT+PRINT SCREEN)
b) Go to Find my Font and paste the image (Press Ctrl-V or use menu: Edit -> Paste Image)
