After paying for my Pro version of Find My Font the download failed, so I have paid for the app but have not received it yet!

I've tried again to download this Pro version, but the web site will not allow me to download a second time.

You may download the Pro edition by entering your license number at this page.
You should have received your license number via email at the time of purchase.
I will re-send you your license number again via email in case you missed it (check your spam folder too).
