No matter what I do I get a connection error whenever I try to find fonts online. I allowed it through my firewall and everything and it still doesn't work. Just bough the program and need it for work. Please let me know how to fix this.

I see that you are using at least 2 different editions of Find my Font: Find my Font Pro & Find my Font SAi edition.
Please send us:
a) Which edition/version of the application you used when you encounter this issue.
b) Which version of Windows you are using
c) What kind of firewall you are using
