I have been using FMF for some time now with great success. Seams the last year or so it has been finding fonts with less than stellar
results.

If I look for a block font it comes up with all kinds of suggestions for everything but. Same with fancy fonts. My average for finding
fonts is about 10% or less now and it used to be about 80+%. Have things changed the way FMF searches for fonts?
I search as I have for years.

the search algorithm remains the same. I suppose the success rate depends on what kind of fonts you work with.
Hundreds of new fonts are created every day. We update our online font database on a regular basis but this also depends on the actual fonts availability.
Some font sites or font foundries are refusing to supply their fonts to include them in our database.
We are currently working on a method to include a new font in our database by just browsing the font letters images on a web-site and we hope that this method will greatly improve our online database in the future.
