Started having issues with the free version of Find my Font that came with my Omega software. Now discovering that there are limits to the free version so I updated to a paid subscription. Unfortunately, that didn't fix the issues I was having with the free version.
I can't drag & drop anymore. I tried opening an image from the software but continue to get an error - "ERROR LOADING IMAGE FILE". The error message doesn't occur with all files I open, but it does with most of them. Can anyone help me resolve this?

Hi,
This is very strange. We never had an issue with images not loading.
If possible, please send a couple of the images you have issues with to our support dept. (support at findmyfont dot com).

Here's a file that generates the error. The other files are too big to upload here.

Hi,
I didn't have any problem opening the file you attached. Dragged and Dropped it in the application.

If you still encounter similar issues, a workaround would be to open the image in an image editor and take a screenshot with Find my Font. Then use the screenshot for identifying the fonts from the image.
