When I click on the match fonts button I get a meassage Can't understand Server Response!

We have just moved to a new more powerful server
and we are facing some configurations issues.

This is probably the same error - when I search to find a font - it says - Connection Error! If it isn't - is there a fix... and if it is - then, I'll be patient and hope you correct the problem.
