We just updated our computer and need to deactivate from the old one so that we may use the software on the new computer.

Please send us an email to support(at)findmyfont.com [replace (at) with @]
using the email account you registered the product.
We'll reset your license and you'll to be able to re-activate it
on your updated computer.

Ok I received your email and reset your license.
You can try to re-activate your Find my Font license on your updated computer, as usual.
