A download of the FmF Pro edition should normally start after purchase completion.
You should also receive an email with your License-No and a link to download the Pro edition.

If you have received your License-No you can always enter it at the following page,
to download the latest Find my Font Pro edition:
www.findmyfont.com/index.php/members/product-update

We don't have any problems on our online server, therefore this issue must be at your end (your computer or your network connection).

If you are connected to internet using a proxy you should go to "Edit" => "Preferences" => "Network" and put the appropriate proxy settings.
(You can ask your network administrator if your company is using a proxy to connect to internet).
