The closest font I could find is: Consolas Bold
It can be found in most MS Office products as well as Win 7.

Another close match is: Monospace 821 Bold

Hi Harris,

Thank you for your two suggested fonts. They are quite similar to the sample apart from the angular
3 in the sample. The funny thing about this typeface / font is that it feels very familiar from somewhere. I thought it was an old IBM golf-ball typewriter font but it's not one of those.
