Anyone help me with this font. I find a lot real close but not exact either the comma is wrong or the R or some other letters.

It must be Akzidenz Grotesk Extra Bold Italic:
www.findmyfont.com/index.php/fonts/font-preview?fset=Berthold%20%2F%20%28Commercial%29&ffam=Akzidenz-Grotesk%20BQ%20-%20XBdCndIt%20Extra%20Bold%20Italic&fid=c74dfc195bcd16a7a7482931545f8313&fsize=60&text=The%20Racer%E2%80%99s%20Edge&wrap=2

The reason you can't find a match is probably that this is not a comma, neither a single quotation mark but a "Right Single Quotation Mark" [Unicode: U+2019 (’) ]
Take a look at the link above; the quotation mark seems right and you can copy the character from it.

PS: How to enter this character using your keyboard:
On MS-Windows: Press Alt, type 0146 on the numeric keypad, then release Alt
On a Mac Computer: Option-}

To me it looks more like Nissan AG Extra Bold .

Had to straighten the text first (remove the oblique) using the Deformation tool.
I never search for punctuation marks (they're easy to modify or replace). I used the ',' comma after I found the font to make sure it looks correct. Of course Fivos' answer is right to the point.

"Nissan AG Extra Bold" could be a custom font exclusively made for Nissan i.e. "Nissan Akzidenz Grotesk" and this is probably why it's not commercially available to purchase.
The only difference I can see between the 2 fonts is the "R"'s leg.
