Does anybody know what fonts are they?
I've been looking for them since 2011 and still no luck in finding it. :/

I can't find any exact matches...

For the first one you can try CA Normal Serif (ExtraBold) from CapeArcona:

You 2nd sample image is of very low resolution - it can be a custom OEM raster font like the ones included in the old dot-matrix printers but I can't be sure.
If you look for a substitute, Farao by StormType looks quite close:
