I suppose you mean this font family: Screen by DSType

As you can see, this is an old probably obsolete font (Copyright 1995 Dino dos Santos TypeDesign).
We keep all old fonts in our database for reference reasons (to help our users to find what was the original font of an old design) but we can't do much when the publisher decides to remove the font from their catalog.

It looks that this font is discontinued and it's not currently available.

This specific font looks like a bad trace of Times New Roman, you may be able to recreate it this way.
