I was very happy when FMF was able to figure this one out.

I used the Splitter tool to separate the top half which was undecipherable from the rest of the image.

I eventually got down to using the lower half of the p and y and scammed with success! Ruge Boogie was a fit.

Glad to see you can use Find my Font to identify such difficult cases.

Yes you don't need it all, but Find my Font will perform better
if you include the extreme parts of each letter.
