It dedpends on your MacOS version. Latest versions may face some issues.

Please note that Find my Font has been tested and approved on all MacOSs up until macOS 12 (Monterey).

Anyone who have similar problem as mine with Find My Font app on Mac. After months, finally found a solution on the internet to this issue.

Steps:

1. Uninstall completely Find My Font app from your computer with a capable third party uninstaller app (e.g. AppCleaner from freemacsoft).
2. Restart your computer.
3. Download the latest available version from Find My Font site and Install.
4. Open a Terminal window and copy this text into it:

   xattr -cr

   hit a space after -cr.
5. Open the Applications folder and drag your installed Find My Font app into terminal window.
6. Hit enter.

Now, if you open Find My Font app it should start flawlessly. Works fine on my M4 Mac Studio, Sequoia 15.7.

i have paid a full Desktop and Mobile licencse, nothing works since about one year
that is totally annoying to me
everytime i asked the support, they told me, that they work on it
but come on, how long does it take?
lifetime license and more than 12 months without function

there are now several other sites for font ID, fortunatley
really sad, that still nothing happens
