The MacOS update has been delayed because we are currently working on a major font database update.
Once this is complete, we will resume with the MacOS update.

I am not sure I understand the problem. Can you please attach a couple of screenshots to better explain where the missing images are?

It started to work today! Yesterday if I searched for a font, I'd get names that matched, but the pictures of what they looked like for the ones that were online would take a long time to show up, or not show up at all. The ones from my hard drive were found fast and the images showed as usual. But today the images for the online fonts are showing up quickly as they always used to. Thanks for whatever you did.
